The SYPF application is available beginning December 15 through the Arizona Community Foundation (ACF)
web site. The application deadline is January 14, 2010.
It is highly recommended to complete the application prior to the deadline given the internet and software dependent nature of the process.Proposals must be submitted through the
ACF web site, no hard copies. DO NOT register on the Arizona Community Foundation website until you have confirmed that a profile does not already exist for your organization. A complete organizational profile, including mission, history, organization budget, etc., is an integral part of the grant process. Creating a duplicate registration or profile may exclude your proposal from the grant review process. Please go to the “Find and Give” section of the website and complete a search for your organization.
